"Jaloux" Screens at the MoMA!
Semprini Records and Signed By Force label owner Ramachandra Borcar, recently completed his latest soundtrack for the Quebec film “Jaloux”. Watch trailer HERE.
The dark and atmospheric atonal score was written for chamber orchestra, and was inspired by the works of Stravinsky, Bernard Herrmann and Japanese soundtracks of the 60’s by Takemitsu, Satoh and Hayashi. The complete score comes out as a digital-only release on itunes March 29th and via all other retailers April 19th.
Prior to it's Quebecois theatrical release on March 25th, "Jaloux" has two screenings in New York at the MOMA during the Canadian Front Film Exhibition. Click HERE for screening times.
