Semprini and SBF artists rack up nominations at the Gamiq awards
Semprini stalwarts Pas Chic Chic have been graced by two Gamiq award nominations in the “Breakthrough Artist of the Year” and “Indie Rock Album of the Year” categories. The Signed By Force imprint has three nominations including Trigger Effect in the “Punk Album of the Year” as well as both Bionic and Starvin Hungry duking it out for “Rock Album of the Year”. Lonely Drifter Karen out in Canada with Semprini.
Austrian-born Lonely Drifter Karen (aka Tanja Frinta) has been licensed to Semprini Records for Canada only via Belgium’s Crammed Discs. Her enchanting debut album “Grass Is Singing” comes out in Canada on September 2nd, 2008.
